Chicken Asparagus Casserole




I LOVE this meal. It's one of Lissa's recipes and it is so tasty and filling. I can't wait for leftovers!


Chicken Asparagus Casserole
2 cans asparagus (I use one bunch, fresh)
4 chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
2 cans low fat cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (I used marble)
1 cup bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs
PREPARATION:Layer asparagus in greased 9 x 13 baking pan; top with chicken. Mix soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; pour over chicken and asparagus. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.

i think i must have made this at some point, i can't remember! looks good though. I went through an asparagus stage. LOL
